Cazadores Tequila 100 Years Anniversary
100 years of tradition, one brand, another exciting experience.
I was tasked with creating a branded, party experience based on the Mexican game, Loteria, for Cazadores Tequila's 100th anniversary celebration. The game was designed to take inspiration from the original game to highlight how deeply enmeshed in tradition the product is.
CONCEPT
We created an online, multiplayer web-based game of Lotería along with brand assets and graphics based on provided brand guidelines.
DETAILS
Game projected on a big screen, so guests can see which cards are called.
Players join on their devices via QR code on the screen.
Guests are assigned a username and a game board of 16 random cards from the deck.
When game starts, screen displays the game board and a new random card is called from a brand-customized deck of 54 loteria cards, every few seconds.
Winning pattern is declared on the venue screen and player devices.
Cards are called, players select the ones they own in their board.
When they have all four cards in that pattern selected they can claim victory, leading to a celebratory moment for all the guests on the large screen.
INNOVATION & IMPACT
We designed an experience that highlighted the pillars of the Cazadores brand while engaging 300+ guests in a fun activity and giving them an opportunity to win major prizes.
This experience introduced and / or cemented the Cazadores brand image and style into the minds of guests at the celebration event.
